個人奬項

港澳區賽 - 設精英演講奬 (80分以上) 及優異演講奬 (70分以上) (獲電子證書)。其中精英演講奬得奬者可晉級參加全國總決賽。所有參賽者可經學校申請參賽電子證書。

中國全國總決賽： 設特金獎、金獎、銀獎 (包括獲獎證書、獎杯、實踐證書、教育部白名單賽事官方證書)。全國總決賽及奬項由廣東廣播電視台嘉佳卡通衛視 《朗朗讀書聲》2026青少兒語言藝術電視盛典組委會舉辦及頒發。而獲得特金獎的得奬者有機會參加《紅領巾愛廣東》等其他節目錄製。

教學機構奬項

組織機構獎項：最佳組織獎、優秀組織獎

教師獎項：傑出貢獻獎、金牌導師獎、優秀教師獎

 

評分標準

1. 符合主題要求，健康積極向上（20分）

2. 發音準確，口齒清晰，語音規範（20分）

3. 語言表達感情真摯，基調恰當，具有表現力和感染力（30分）

4. 儀表儀態大方得體，富有舞台表現力（15分）

5. 選手一律脫稿比賽（10分）

6. 衣著得體，精神飽滿，姿態大方，上下場致意、謝禮（5分）

7. 超時或作品表達不完整從總分中扣

 

 

比賽細則 Contest Rules

1. 參賽者必須根據自己的身份証名稱及年齡 (以一月一日為準) 參加相應的年齡組別，並只限選擇一個參賽語言。大會有權要求參賽者出示身份証或學生証之類相關的文件作驗正參賽者身份的用途。Participants must use name as stated in Personal ID, and enter the appropriate age group according to their age (according to 1st January) and choose only one competition language. The organizer reserves the right to verify identity with personal ID, student ID or related documents.

2. 參賽內容不得涉及政治、宗教、⾊情、暴⼒、不良意識、侮辱成分或任何不恰當之內容等。如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會將保留一切法律上追究的權力 。Content must not involve politics, religion, pornography, violence, harmful ideology, insulting content, or any inappropriate material. Any legal responsibility arising from violations shall be borne by the participant, and the organizer reserves the right to pursue legal action.

3. 錄影比賽：影片長度不應超過指定時限。影片必須清楚顯示參賽者之全身、樣貌及動作。影片必須一次拍攝到尾，不可作任何修改、剪接、或含任何後期製作。影片必須是拍攝原片，並以現場收音。影片解像度為720p (1280×720) 或以上。參賽作品一經遞交，不能修改、調換或退還。Video Contest: Videos must not exceed the time limit. The participant’s full body, face, and movements must be clearly visible. The video must be recorded in one continuous take with no editing, cutting, or post-production. Original footage with live audio recording. Minimum resolution: 720p (1280 × 720). Once submitted, entries cannot be modified, exchanged, or returned.

4. 實體比賽：每位選手表演應為限時內，超時將被叫停。總決賽選手可自行選擇配樂，無需背景視頻和圖片。Physical contest: Each contestant's performance time should be within the time limit. Overtime will be stopped immediately. During National Final contest, contestants have the opportunity to select background music, and no video nor background picture is required.

5. 所有參賽者需自備演出服飾，衣著宜大方得體，並自行負責往返比賽場地之交通及住宿安排及費用 (如適用)，並準時於所需報到時間報到，否則，參賽者會被取消參賽或得獎資格。Participants are responsible for their own costumes, transportation and accommodation (if applicable) and must check in on time. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.

6. 參賽表格一經遞交或付款即表示參賽者及其家長/監護人（如參賽者未滿18歲）同意將參賽作品、片段、照片等之版權以及其關聯的知識產權（如有）無條件地轉讓給本協會及賽事主辦機構，亦同意本協會及賽事主辦機構使用（包括但不限於編輯、 複製、存檔、傳輸、發布、宣傳、展覽及印刷）。Submission of the application form or payment indicates that the participant and their parent/guardian (if under 18) agree to unconditionally transfer the copyright and related intellectual property rights of submitted works, videos, and photos to the Association and the organizer for use, including but not limited to editing, reproduction, archiving, transmission, publication, promotion, exhibition, and printing.

7. 參賽表格一經遞交或付款即表示參賽者及其家長/監護人（如參賽者未滿18歲）同意並會遵守本活動的比賽細則和尊重比賽安排。所有款項一經支付，不設退款。如有違規或違法，即被取消參賽或得獎資格。Submission of the application form or payment also signifies agreement to comply with all competition rules and arrangements. Once payments are made, there are no refunds. Violations will result in disqualification.

8. 請確保填寫資料準確無誤。如申請人於提交申請表後需更改申請資料（如姓名、地址），本會將收取$120行政費用以處理相關申請。Please ensure all information provided is accurate. Any changes requested after submission (e.g. name or address) will incur an administrative fee of HKD 120.

9. 公布的得奬名單為最終結果。本會所舉辦的比賽不設任何上訴機制，本會對所有比賽結果擁有最終的決定權。Published results are final. No appeals will be accepted. The organizer reserves the final right of decision.

10. 如中、英文兩個版本有任何抵觸或不相符之處，應以中文版本為準。In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

 

 

費用Fees

港澳區賽參賽費用: 免費 (若需要實體証書可另付港幣200元/澳幣206元安排順豐到付)

Hong Kong & Macau Regional Contestant Fee: Free (If a physical certificate is needed, an additional fee HKD 200 / MOP 206 can arrange SF Pay-on-Delivery.)

 

全國總決賽參賽費用: 港幣 1,980元 / 澳幣 2,040元 (已包括一堂由本協會提供培訓、證書、奬項及專業錄影視頻)

China National Final: HKD 1,980/ MOP 2,040 (Includes 1 class conducted by association, certificates, awards, and professional video recording)
