The 9th Chinese Children Small Golden Bell Host Contest has officially arrived in Hong Kong and Macau, inviting students aged 7-17 to participate. This is the first time the Hong Kong & Macau region has hosted this competition, seeking aspiring young TV hosts! Want to make your portfolio shine? Whether you’re a professional or a novice, we look forward to your participation! You can compete in Cantonese, Mandarin, or English. Who knows? The next winner might be you!
The winners of the Gold and Silver Awards in the contest of the Hong Kong & Macau region will also have the opportunity to participate in the National Final at Guangdong Radio and Television Studio. Don’t miss this chance to make a name for yourself!
Competition Highlights Not to Be Missed:
⭐ The competition features Gold, Silver, Bronze, Future Star Awards, and Merit Medals.
⭐ The first-ever TV Host Contest in the Hong Kong & Macau region, with Gold and Silver winners invited to represent Hong Kong and Macau in the National Final at Guangdong Radio and Television Studio on July 26-27.
⭐ Gold award winners will also have the chance to be interviewed by the media.
⭐ The winners' names will be widely reported across multiple media outlets.

比賽內容: (1) 個性化自我介紹 及 (2) 模擬電視節目主持
Contest Content: (1) Personalized Self-Introduction and (2) Simulated TV Program Hosting
時限：限時三分鐘 （包括自我介紹約一分鐘內, 模擬電視節目主持約兩分鐘）
Time Limit: 3 minutes (including self-introduction approximately within 1 minute, and simulated TV program hosting approximately 2 minutes)
參賽組別：兒童A組（7-9歲）兒童B組（10-12歲）少年組（13-17歲）
Age category: Children Group A (age 7-9), Children Group B (age 10-12), Youth Group (age 13-17)
比賽語言：粵語、普通話或英語
Contest Language: Cantonese, Mandarin or English
模擬電視節目可以自由選擇主題，例如旅遊節目(如介紹一個旅遊景點)、美食節目(如介紹一款特色美食)，新聞報導(如報導一項節日盛事)、體育節目(如介紹一項體育盛事) 等。
TV Program Hosting simulation can be in any theme, such as a travel show (e.g. featuring a travel destination), a food show (e.g. showcasing a local specialty), a news report (e.g. covering a festive event), or a sports program (e.g. highlighting a major sporting event)

兒童A組：上午11時至中午12時 Children Group A: 11am to 12noon

少年組：下午5時至晚上6時 Youth Group: 5pm to 6pm

*為確保公平性，實體比賽及錄影比賽將會分開評分。
* 為鼓勵參賽者鍛鍊膽量及培養自信心，實體比賽奬項比例會比錄影比賽稍多。
* To ensure fairness, physical contest and video contest will be graded separately.
* To encourage contestants to build courage and confidence, the award proportion for physical contest will be slightly more than video contest.

比賽細則 Contest Rules:

參賽者必須根據自己的年齡參加相應的年齡組別，並只限選擇一個參賽語言。大會有權要求參賽者出示學生証之類相關的文件作驗正參賽者身份的用途。Participants must participate in the age category according to participants’ respective age. Participants can only join the Host Contest in one language only. The organizer has the right to request participants to show their student card or any personal identification document to verify participants’ information.

參賽內容不得涉及政治、宗教、⾊情、暴⼒、不良意識、侮辱成分或任何不恰當之內容等。如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會將保留一切法律上追究的權力 。Speech content must not involve politics, religion, pornography, violence, negative vibes, insults or any inappropriate content. If the entry violates any law, all legal liabilities will be borne by the contestant, and the organizers reserves all legal rights to pursue.

參賽者確認其參賽作品是原創的，參賽作品沒有抄襲任何第三者的作品，並確認沒有侵犯他人的知識產權，亦不得剽竊他⼈作品。任何引用或轉述的內容都必須在演講過程中說明。如有違規或違法，即被取消參賽或得獎資格。The contestant certifies that the content of the speech is substantially original, and that the entry does not copy the work of any third party, and that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others, nor plagiarize other people's works. Any quoted, paraphrased, or referenced content must be identified during the speech presentation. Any violation or violation of the law will result in disqualification from the contest or prize.

實體比賽：當參賽者的名字第一次被讀出時，參賽者必須走到比賽位置站好。當參賽者的名字第二次被讀出時，計時開始，參賽者開始演出。演出不得超逾規定之時間，違者將影響評分，而評判亦可終止其演出。演出時，參賽者可以使用道具，唯需在演出限時內自行準備及放置道具。比賽或會分時段進行，參賽者只能於所屬時段進場，並須於該時段完結時離場，待該組別所有演出完成後，參賽者應返回場內聽取評語及結果，並領取分紙及奬項 (若適用)。In-person Contest: When the contestant's name is called out for the first time, the contestant must walk to the competition position and stand. When the contestant's name is read out for the second time, the timer starts and the contestant begins their performance. The performance must not exceed the specified time. Violators will affect the score and the judges may also terminate the performance. During the performance, contestants may use props, but they must prepare and place the props themselves within the speech time limit. The competition may be held in sessions. Contestants can only enter during their respective sessions and must leave at the end of that session. After all performances in that category are completed, contestants should return to the venue to listen to comments and results, and collect their ballet sheets and prizes (if applicable).

錄影比賽：影片長度不可超過3分鐘。影片必須清楚顯示參賽者之全身、樣貌及動作。影片必須一次拍攝到尾，不可作任何修改、剪接、或含任何後期製作。影片必須是拍攝原片，並以現場收音。影片解像度為720p (1280×720) 或以上。參賽作品一經遞交，不能修改、調換或退還。Video Contest: The length of the video should not exceed 3 minutes. The video must clearly show the contestant's full body, appearance and movements. The video must be taken in one shot to the end, cannot be modified or edited in any way and must be shot in its original form with live sound recording. The video resolution must be 720p (1280×720) or above. Once submitted, entries cannot be modified, exchanged or returned.

所有參賽者不得使用提示卡。違者將影響評分及不得晉級全國總決賽。All contestants are not allowed to use cue cards. Violators will have their scores affected and will not be able to advance to the National Final.

參賽表格一經遞交或付款即表示參賽者及其家長/監護人（如參賽者未滿18嵗）同意將參賽作品、片段、照片等之版權以及其關聯的知識產權（如有）無條件地轉讓給本協會亦同意本協會使用（包括但不限於編輯、 複製、存檔、傳輸、發布、宣傳、展覽及印刷）。By submitting application form or paying to enter the contest, the participant and his/her parent or guardian (if participant is below the age of 18) agree to unconditionally transfer the copyright of the contest entries, videos and photos, and its associated intellectual property rights (if any) to the Association and agree that the Association can use these materials (including but not limited to editing, copying, archiving, transmitting, publishing, promoting, exhibiting and printing).

參賽表格一經遞交或付款即表示參賽者及其家長/監護人（如參賽者未滿18嵗）同意並會遵守本活動的比賽細則和尊重比賽安排。如有違規或違法，即被取消參賽或得獎資格。By submitting application form or paying to enter the contest, the participant and his/her parent or guardian (if participant is below the age of 18) agree and will abide by the Contest Rules of this event and respect the contest arrangement. Any violation of contest rule or violation of the law will result in disqualification from the contest or prize.

請確保填寫資料準確無誤。如申請人於提交申請表後需更改申請資料（如姓名、地址），本會將收取$120行政費用以處理相關申請。Please ensure the submitted information is accurate. If the applicant needs to make changes to the application details (such as name or address) after submitting the application form, an administrative fee of $120 will be charged to process the update.

公布的得奬名單為最終結果。本會所舉辦的比賽不設任何上訴機制，本會對所有比賽結果擁有最終的決定權。Announcement of contest winners is final. There is no appeal mechanism for the contest, and the organizers has the final say on the results of all contests.

如中、英文兩個版本有任何抵觸或不相符之處，應以中文版本為準。 If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
