10th Chinese Children Small Golden Bell Host Contest – Hong Kong & Macao Region

 

參賽組別：幼兒組(5-6歲), 兒童A組( 7-9歲), 兒童B組(10-12歲), 少年A組(13-15歲), 少年B組(16-18歲)

Age category: Kindergarten Group (age 5-6), Children Group A (age 7-9), Children Group B (age 10-12), Youth Group A (age 13-15), Youth Group B (age 16-18)

 

參賽語言：粵語、普通話或英語 (選其一)

比賽時限：三分鐘

Time Limit: 3 minutes

 

幼兒組比賽內容: (1) 個性化自我介紹 及 (2) 詩詞朗誦或故事演說

兒童及少年組比賽內容: (1) 個性化自我介紹 及 (2) 模擬電視節目主持

Contest Content for Children & Youth Groups: (1) Personalized Self-Introduction and (2) Simulated TV Program Hosting

 

模擬電視節目可以自由選擇主題，例如旅遊節目(如介紹一個旅遊景點)、美食節目(如介紹一款特色美食)，新聞報導(如報導一項節日盛事)、體育節目(如介紹一項體育盛事) 等。

TV Program Hosting simulation can be in any theme, such as a travel show (e.g. featuring a travel destination), a food show (e.g. showcasing a local specialty), a news report (e.g. covering a festive event), or a sports program (e.g. highlighting a major sporting event)

總決賽地點：中國廣東廣播電視台演講廳 Venue: Studio, Guangdong Radio and Television Station, China

 

個人奬項 Individual Awards

港澳區初賽 - 設星級演講奬 (80分以上) 及良好演講奬 (70分以上) (獲電子證書)。其中星級演講奬得奬者可晉級參加港澳決賽。所有參賽者可經學校申請參賽電子證書。

Hong Kong & Macau – Preliminary Round: Star Speaker Award (80 points or above) and Commendable Speaker Award (70 points or above), and awarded with electronic certificates. Star Speaker Awardees are eligible for advancing to Hong Kong & Macau Regional Final. All participants may apply for an electronic participation certificate through their schools.

 

港澳區決賽 - 設金獎、銀獎、銅獎 (獲頒實體證書及獎盃)，及優異奬 (獲頒實體證書及獎牌)。港澳區決賽金獎及銀獎可晉級參加全國總決賽。若遇到同分，則同分同奬。

 Hong Kong & Macau – Regional Final Round: Gold, Silver, Bronze Awards (with certificates and trophies), and Merit Award (with certificate and medal). Gold & Silver Award winners are eligible for advancing to the China National Final. In the event of tied scores, the same award will be granted.
 

中國全國總決賽 - 設金獎、銀獎、銅獎 (獲頒實體證書及獎盃)。若遇到同分，則同分同奬。全國總決賽及奬項由廣東廣播電視台舉辦及頒發。

China National Final: Gold, Silver, and Bronze Awards (with certificates and trophies). In the event of tied scores, the same award will be granted. The China National Final is organized by Guangdong Radio and Television Station, and prizes are presented by it.

比賽細則 Contest Rules

1. 參賽者必須根據自己的年齡參加相應的年齡組別，並只限選擇一個參賽語言。大會有權要求參賽者出示身份証或學生証之類相關的文件作驗正參賽者身份的用途。Participants must enter the appropriate age group according to their age and may choose only one competition language. The organizer reserves the right to verify identity with personal ID, student ID or related documents.

2. 參賽內容不得涉及政治、宗教、⾊情、暴⼒、不良意識、侮辱成分或任何不恰當之內容等。如抵觸任何法例，一切法律責任將由參賽者承擔，本會將保留一切法律上追究的權力 。Speech content must not involve politics, religion, pornography, violence, harmful ideology, insulting content, or any inappropriate material. Any legal responsibility arising from violations shall be borne by the participant, and the organizer reserves the right to pursue legal action.

3. 參賽者確認其參賽作品是原創的，參賽作品沒有抄襲任何第三者的作品，並確認沒有侵犯他人的知識產權，亦不得剽竊他⼈作品。任何引用或轉述的內容都必須在演講過程中說明。如有違規或違法，即被取消參賽或得獎資格。Participants confirm that their entries are original, do not plagiarize any third-party works, and do not infringe intellectual property rights. Any quotations or paraphrased content must be clearly acknowledged during the speech. Violations will result in disqualification.

4. 錄影比賽：影片長度不可超過指定時限，違者將影響評分。影片必須清楚顯示參賽者之全身、樣貌及動作。影片必須一次拍攝到尾，不可作任何修改、剪接、或含任何後期製作。影片必須是拍攝原片，並以現場收音。影片解像度為720p (1280×720) 或以上。參賽作品一經遞交，不能修改、調換或退還。Video Competition: Videos must not exceed the time limit; violations will affect scoring. The participant’s full body, face, and movements must be clearly visible. The video must be recorded in one continuous take with no editing, cutting, or post-production. Original footage with live audio recording. Minimum resolution: 720p (1280 × 720). Once submitted, entries cannot be modified, exchanged, or returned.

5. 港澳區實體比賽：當參賽者的名字第一次被讀出時，參賽者必須走到比賽位置站好。當參賽者的名字第二次被讀出時，計時開始，參賽者開始演出。演出不得超逾規定之時間，違者將影響評分，而評判亦可終止其演出。演出時，參賽者可以使用道具，唯需在演出限時內自行準備及放置道具。比賽或會分時段進行，參賽者只能於所屬時段進場，並須於該時段完結時離場，待該組別所有演出完成後，參賽者應返回場內聽取評語及結果，並領取分紙及奬項 (若適用)。Live Competition: When the participant’s name is called the first time, they must proceed to the stage position. Timing begins when the name is called the second time. Exceeding the time limit will affect scoring; judges may stop the performance. Props are allowed, provided they are prepared and placed within the allotted time. The competition may be held in sessions; participants may only enter during their assigned session and must leave at its conclusion. Participants should return to the venue after all performances in their group to receive feedback, results, score sheets, and awards (if applicable).

6. 所有參賽者於決賽及全國總決賽不得使用提示卡。違者將影響評分。Cue cards are not allowed in the Regional Final and China National Final. Violators will have scores affected.

7. 所有參賽者需自行負責往返比賽場地之交通及住宿安排及費用 (如適用)，並準時於所需報到時間報到，否則，參賽者會被取消參賽或得獎資格。Participants are responsible for their own transportation and accommodation (if applicable) and must check in on time. Failure to do so may result in disqualification.

8. 參賽表格一經遞交或付款即表示參賽者及其家長/監護人（如參賽者未滿18歲）同意將參賽作品、片段、照片等之版權以及其關聯的知識產權（如有）無條件地轉讓給本協會亦同意本協會使用（包括但不限於編輯、 複製、存檔、傳輸、發布、宣傳、展覽及印刷）。Submission of the application form or payment indicates that the participant and their parent/guardian (if under 18) agree to unconditionally transfer the copyright and related intellectual property rights of submitted works, videos, and photos to the organizer for use, including but not limited to editing, reproduction, archiving, transmission, publication, promotion, exhibition, and printing.

9. 參賽表格一經遞交或付款即表示參賽者及其家長/監護人（如參賽者未滿18歲）同意並會遵守本活動的比賽細則和尊重比賽安排。如有違規或違法，即被取消參賽或得獎資格。Submission of the application form or payment also signifies agreement to comply with all competition rules and arrangements. Violations will result in disqualification.

10. 請確保填寫資料準確無誤。如申請人於提交申請表後需更改申請資料（如姓名、地址），本會將收取$120行政費用以處理相關申請。Please ensure all information provided is accurate. Any changes requested after submission (e.g. name or address) will incur an administrative fee of HKD 120.

11. 公布的得奬名單為最終結果。本會所舉辦的比賽不設任何上訴機制，本會對所有比賽結果擁有最終的決定權。Published results are final. No appeals will be accepted. The organizer reserves the final right of decision.

12. 如中、英文兩個版本有任何抵觸或不相符之處，應以中文版本為準。In the event of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
